Cage A – Complaints Procedure

If there's something that you're not happy with, we'd like you to tell the right people about it, so that we can do something about it and put matters right.

If you are not entirely happy with your recent experience, in the first instance, please raise a complaint by contacting our sales team on 01724 280000, or email sales@cage-a.co.uk

We aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and if we are able to resolve your complaint within 28 working days, we will send you a final response detailing our resolution.

If we are unable to provide you with a final response with 28 working days, we will send you a letter explaining the reason for the delay and when we expect to issue you with a final response.
